I don't know anything about this figure, but I love it a lot! It has the same sort of stepping pose as the Pokeball figure above, but looks a little angrier. It only has generic Pokemon/Nintendo copyright info on the back and it has a hole in the bottom. Perhaps it's part of a playset?
